Window Wells

Skilled Window Well Installation & Repair

Most houses we see are built too low in the ground, and have windows at ground level, which can make them susceptible for water buildup, if a window in essentially a hole/weak spot in the foundation.

Charles A Pastrana & Sons, Inc. can fix this with galvanized metal window wells, which are placed lower than the window to catch an excess water that can fill them as a result of driving rains, and they are installed above the window, with a plastic and/or metal lid so dirt can be built up to create a positive grade and lead water away. If there are sustaining issues with windows in overly prone areas, we have the capability to add drains to the window wells and channel them to the inside drain field.
